Join a busy invasive cardiology team in Walla Walla, Washington. This permanent position covers both inpatient and outpatient care and is available ASAP for ongoing coverage due to a vacancy. You’ll be part of a small physician group (2 physicians) supported by a robust team: 5 APPs, 3 RNs, 1 MA, office staff and front desk.
Schedule & Coverage
- Workweek: Monday–Friday with 4–8 hour shifts
- Call: Beeper system, 1:4 call ratio, 20-minute response expectation; callback rate ~5%
- Coverage type: Clinical care plus call responsibilities
- Call schedule specifics: TBD
Patient & Clinical Volume
- Patient population: Adults only
- Typical volume: 12–14 inpatients per day, ~1 outpatient
- Phone consults: Yes
- Procedures: 1–2 procedures per day (diagnostic invasive cardiology—cardiac catheterization)
- Available procedures/diagnostics: Echocardiography, TEE, Nuclear Cardiology, diagnostic cardiac cath
