Schedule
- Typical hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (4.5 days/week)
- Possible tele-derm 1 day/week
- Call: after-hours beeper call; blocks of 2 weeks; response time 20–30 minutes (details TBD)
Patient Population & Volume
- 100% adult
- Average daily patient volume: 25–30
- Physicians in practice: 3.5
- Support staff: 1 MA, 1 LVN, 1 office staff
- Exam rooms: 3
- EMR: Epic
- Hospital privileges required
Clinical Responsibilities & Procedures
- General dermatology outpatient and inpatient care
- Procedures commonly performed: biopsies, excisions, cryosurgery, electrodesiccation with curettage, cutaneous lesion injection with chemotherapy
Requirements
- California medical license or in process
- Board-certified or board-eligible (if BE, within 5 years of residency)
- BLS certification
- New graduates welcome
