• Procedures:

- Both open and endovascular

- Abdominal and thoracic aneurysmal disease

- Carotid artery disease, Hemodialysis access

- Peripheral vascular disease and limb salvage

• Rehabilitation, Cardiac, & Vascular Services:

- Stress Echo, DOBUTamine Stress Echo

- Cardiolite Treadmill Stress Test, Lexiscan Cardiolite Stress Test, Treadmill EKG Stress Test

- EKG, Transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE)

- Cardiac Catheterization, Vascular Testing, Cardiac Rehabilitation

- Nuclear Medicine, Emergency Cardiac Care

• Other Info:

- Manage vascular conditions with medical therapy, lifestyle modification, and non-surgical interventions

Requirements:

• Active OH License or willing to obtain

• BC/BE (If BE, within 5 years of residency)

• DEA

• Clean Record

• Most recent NPDB Report

Benefits:

• Potential to earn annual bonus up to $75K based on scorecard metrics to be established by the Division director at OSUWMC

• One-time signing bonus of $50,000

• Relocation stipend up to $15,000

• 176 hours of vacation time per year with a 240-hour carryover limit

• 120 hours of sick time accrued annually

• 11 paid holidays per year (8-hour days)

• Full-time position dedicated to Blanchard Valley Health System in Findlay, Ohio

• Total annual compensation potential of $500,000 to $600,000 or more
