Vascular Surgeon — Full-Time Inpatient/Outpatient (Findlay, OH)

We’re seeking an experienced vascular surgeon to join our team in Findlay, Ohio, providing both inpatient and outpatient care. This is a permanent, full-time clinical opportunity with shared call and ongoing coverage needs starting ASAP.

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive vascular care: medical management, lifestyle counseling, non-surgical interventions, and both open and endovascular procedures.
• Treat a full spectrum of vascular disease including abdominal and thoracic aneurysms, carotid disease, hemodialysis access, peripheral vascular disease, and limb salvage.
• Split your time between clinic and the OR (typical schedule: 2 clinic days and 3 surgical days; exact schedule and call rotation TBD).
• Share call coverage (approximately 10 nights/weekends distributed among the group).
• Supervise APPs who participate in vascular care delivery.
• Collaborate with in-house specialties including cardiology and interventional radiology, plus other surgical and support services.

Procedures and services available

• Open and endovascular aneurysm repair (abdominal and thoracic)
• Carotid interventions
• Hemodialysis access creation and maintenance
• Peripheral vascular procedures and limb salvage techniques
• Access to robust rehabilitation, cardiac, and vascular support services such as stress echo (including dobutamine), nuclear stress testing, treadmill EKG stress tests, TEE, cardiac cath, vascular diagnostics, cardiac rehab, nuclear medicine, and emergency cardiac care.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in vascular surgery (if BE, must be within 5 years of residency)
• Active Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain one
• DEA registration
• Clean professional record and current NPDB report

Compensation and benefits

• Competitive base salary with total annual compensation potential of $500,000–$600,000+ depending on production and scorecard metrics
• Opportunity to earn an annual bonus up to $75,000 based on quality, operations, and productivity goals set by the Division Director
• One-time signing bonus of $50,000 and relocation stipend up to $15,000
• Generous time off: 176 hours vacation per year (240-hour carryover limit), 120 hours sick time annually, and 11 paid holidays
