We are seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Otolaryngologist to join a growing clinical team in Pueblo, Colorado. This permanent role provides both inpatient and outpatient care at a Level III trauma center, with clinical responsibilities and shared call (1:5 rotation) that includes emergency department coverage. Start: ASAP — ongoing coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a diverse patient panel with ENT, head, and neck disease.
• Perform ENT surgical procedures and provide perioperative care.
• Collaborate closely with audiology and other specialty teams.
• Provide consultations for acute and chronic ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions.
• Document care in Epic and support quality and productivity goals.

• Work schedule: Days (TBD)
• Call: Shared rotation; ED coverage; 1:5 call ratio
• Service setting: Inpatient and outpatient
• Coverage type: Clinical plus call

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Otolaryngology
• Active Colorado license or willingness to obtain
• DEA registration
• Clean professional record preferred
• Most recent NPDB report required
