Local RN Long-Term Care (10-Week Contract, PM Shift, $1,464/40-hr)

Join a Parkersburg, WV healthcare team on a 10-week, contract (non-travel) assignment beginning ASAP. This position works the 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift. Compensation: $1,464 per 40-hour week.

Requirements:

• Current, active Registered Nurse license in the state of West Virginia
• BLS certification

Core responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, and monitor outcomes.
• Safely administer medications, obtain and process specimens for testing, and assist with clinical procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate treatment and document plans of care.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records of assessments, interventions, patient education, and progress.
• Promote a safe, therapeutic environment by enforcing unit standards and supervising patient conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
