Location: Parkersburg, WV | Contract (Non-Travel) | Start: ASAP | Duration: 10 weeks
Schedule: 07:00 AM–07:30 PM | Rate: Local $1,231 / 36 hours
Requirements:
- Active, valid Registered Nurse state license
- BLS certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients, develop and implement nursing care plans, and document responses and progress.
- Administer medications and collect specimens for diagnostic testing.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, assist with procedures, and maintain accurate treatment records.
- Provide ongoing patient monitoring, interventions, education, and documentation in medical records.
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment, uphold unit order, and supervise patient conduct as appropriate.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
