Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patient conditions across multiple units.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely.
- Respond promptly to changes in patient status or emergencies.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to varying unit workflows.
