Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in practicing state
• BLS required; ACLS preferred for critical care assignments
• Experience in critical care, med-surg, telemetry, or float pool nursing preferred
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication

Core Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions across multiple units (CPCU/ICU/Med-Surg/Telemetry)
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and interventions
• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient status and emergencies
• Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and health management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to different unit workflows
