Locum tenens CRNA opportunity covering Tyrone and Huntingdon, PA hospitals. Start date April 20, 2026 with ongoing PRN coverage (approximately 2–3 shifts per week).

Schedule

• Tyrone: Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–3:30 PM
• Huntingdon: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Immediate shifts available April 20–23; ongoing coverage thereafter

Clinical Scope

• Adult cases with occasional pediatric ENT (pediatric anesthesiologist available)
• Typical daily census under 20 patients
• Case mix: orthopedics, general surgery, ophthalmology, ENT, endoscopy, GYN, plastic surgery
• Required procedures: general anesthesia, regional techniques (spinals and peripheral nerve blocks preferred), advanced airway management

Facility & Support

• Tyrone: 25-bed department, Critical Access; primarily solo practice
• Huntingdon: 71-bed facility with anesthesiologist backup
• EMR: Cerner
• Standard anesthesia equipment and perioperative support staff available

Credentials & Compliance

• Active Pennsylvania license required
• NBCRNA certification required
• BLS and ACLS required; DEA not required
• Temporary hospital privileges available (1–2 weeks with a clean file); expedited credentialing for temps (1–2 weeks)

Experience & Expectations

• Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience or at least 1 year of independent practice
• Comfortable working independently in a solo setting when covering Tyrone
• Document all care in Cerner and collaborate with surgical teams and perioperative staff

• Travel, rental car, lodging, and malpractice coverage provided
