  • Coverage Model: 24 hours daily Physician Coverage
  • Number of Beds: 25 bed critical access hospital

About Page Memorial Hospital: For nearly 100 years, the residents of Page County and beyond have depended on their community hospital to provide expert healthcare services for the entire family. As a Critical Access Hospital, we provide a wide range of services that are vital to maintaining good health and inspiring overall wellness. In 2014, the hospital moved into its new 67,700 square-foot replacement facility featuring private inpatient rooms, an expanded Emergency Department and greatly enhanced transitional care program for those patients who require additional nursing and rehabilitation care after being discharged from the hospital.
