**Interventional Radiology Opening in Illinois**
Located in Rockford, Illinois
A high-volume Interventional Radiology opportunity is available in Rockford, Illinois with a rapidly expanding program at a 350-bed Level II trauma center. This is an excellent opportunity to join a physician-led, multispecialty group with strong institutional support, advanced technology, and significant growth potential.
**About the Position**
-Full-time employed position
-Option for 100% IR or IR/DR hybrid role
-High-volume procedural practice with growing demand
-1:4 IR-only call schedule
-Opportunity to help expand and shape the IR program
**Practice Highlights**
-Full spectrum of interventional radiology procedures
-Established and expanding IR program with strong investment
-Highly efficient workflow with minimal downtime between cases
-Dedicated procedural team including experienced IR nurses and support staff
-Collaborative, physician-led multispecialty group with 370+ providers
**Technology and Facilities**
-Multiple IR suites with excellent CT and ultrasound availability
-AI-supported diagnostic imaging tools
-Advanced dosimetry systems
-Plans for future IR clinic development and expanded service space
**Qualifications**
-MD or DO
-Board Eligible or Board Certified in Interventional Radiology (IR/DR)
-Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
-Full IR skill set preferred; mentorship available for select procedures
**Compensation and Benefits**
-Competitive base salary: $700,000 – $780,000
-wRVU production incentives and additional earning potential
