**About the Position**
-Blend of addiction medicine, medication management, and internal medicine primary care
-Outpatient-focused role serving adult patients (18+)
-See approximately 25+ patients per day
-Clinic schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM with admin time in afternoons
-Telemedicine capability with video visits
-Call schedule of 1:6, one-week rotation (Wednesday to Wednesday)
-Opportunity to participate in quality improvement initiatives
-Teach residents (IM, FM, EM programs)

**Practice Highlights**
-Strong team-based environment with two experienced Nurse Practitioners
-On-site social worker supporting patient care
-Focus on addiction medicine with Suboxone prescribing (preferred experience)
-EPIC EMR used across the system
