**About the Position**
-Provide critical care services in the hospital ICU
-12-hour block schedule with 3 intensivists during the day and 1 intensivist at night
-Lead daily ICU multidisciplinary rounds
-Supervise teaching rounds and resident clinical activities when applicable
-Participate in quality management, protocol development, and morbidity and mortality review activities
-Participate in medical and audit activities within the hospital and Critical Care Program

-Advanced technologies and therapies include Impella, IABP, ECMO, proning for ARDS, SLED, and SCUF

**Practice Requirements**
-MD or DO
-Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine
-Successful completion of fellowship training in Critical Care Medicine at an accredited institution
-Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
-Ability to perform all technical skills in the critical care setting
