• Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm clinic hours
• 15 patients per day with 10-12 scheduled and 3-5 add-ons
• DOT physicals required
• DOT certification required
• Hospital privileges required
• 4 days per week schedule
• Adult patient population at 84% with 6% pediatric cases
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
