Join a dynamic perioperative team in Lawton, OK as a Surgical Technologist on a contract/travel assignment. This evening-position runs Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, with an immediate start. Compensation: $1,040 per 36-hour week.
Key qualifications:
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred.
- Prior experience in perioperative or surgical settings preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and collaborative teamwork.
- BLS certification preferred.
Core responsibilities:
- Set up the operating room and prepare surgical trays and instruments.
- Assist surgeons and nurses by passing instruments and maintaining sterile technique.
- Monitor and verify proper function of surgical equipment.
- Maintain accurate counts of instruments, sponges, and supplies.
- Document procedural details and communicate effectively with the surgical team.
