- Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- BLS required; ACLS, PALS, or TNCC certifications preferred
Responsibilities:
- Triage and assess patients upon arrival.
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions.
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians and team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care and patient records.
- Educate patients and families on treatment and follow-up care.
- Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives in the ER.
