Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification required (ACLS preferred, as applicable).
- Recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience required.
- Ability and willingness to float to other units as needed.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time-management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to Medical-Surgical patients.
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments.
- Float to other units as needed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Educate patients and families on care and discharge plans.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and follow safety standards.
