Join a bundled contract assignment in Louisville, KY (05/04/2026–06/12/2026) providing care in a Progressive Care/Step-Down setting. This assignment includes 18 night shifts (06:45 PM–07:15 AM) at a rate of $49.30/hr.

Shift schedule

• May 2026:
  • Week 1: Mon 5/4, Tue 5/5, Thu 5/7
  • Week 2: Tue 5/12
  • Week 3: Fri 5/15, Sat 5/16, Mon 5/18, Tue 5/19, Wed 5/20
  • Week 4: Wed 5/27, Thu 5/28
  • Week 5: Sat 5/30, Sun 5/31
• June 2026:
  • Week 1: Tue 6/2, Wed 6/3
  • Week 2: Wed 6/10, Thu 6/11, Fri 6/12

Requirements

• Active RN license in the practicing state required.
• PCU/Step-Down or critical care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational ability, and communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Core responsibilities

• Continuously monitor patient condition and vital signs.
• Safely administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient status; escalate care as needed.
• Provide patient- and family-centered education on care plans and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record.
• Collaborate proactively with the interdisciplinary care team.
