Join a telemetry team in Louisville, KY for a bundled contract supporting step-down/cardiac monitoring patients. This is an evening/night assignment for experienced clinicians who can provide focused cardiac monitoring, timely interventions, and clear interdisciplinary communication.

• Week 4: Tue 5/26, Thu 5/28
• Week 5: Sat 5/30, Sun 5/31

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• 1–2 years telemetry or step-down experience preferred
• Proficient in EKG interpretation and dysrhythmia identification
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Experience with EMR systems and telemetry monitoring equipment

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms and identify arrhythmias; escalate changes promptly
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, vital signs, and documentation in the EMR
• Administer medications, IV drips, and indicated treatments per orders
• Communicate patient status and changes to providers; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and families regarding condition, treatments, and discharge instructions
