Join a Louisville, KY team as a contract Telemetry RN for a bundled assignment from 05/11/2026 to 06/14/2026. This night shift position includes 16 shifts (06:45 PM–07:15 AM) at a rate of $49.30/hr.

Shift schedule:

• May 2026: Mon 5/11; Thu 5/14; Fri 5/15; Sun 5/17; Tue 5/19; Wed 5/20; Tue 5/26; Wed 5/27; Sat 5/30; Sun 5/31
• June 2026: Mon 6/1; Wed 6/3; Mon 6/8; Tue 6/9; Sat 6/13; Sun 6/14

Required qualifications:

• Active RN license in practicing state
• 1–2 years telemetry or step-down experience preferred
• Proficient in EKG interpretation and dysrhythmia identification
• Current BLS and ACLS (AHA) certifications
• Strong critical-thinking, multitasking skills, and familiarity with EMR and telemetry equipment

Key responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms and identify arrhythmias
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and vital signs
• Administer medications, IV drips, and other prescribed treatments
• Accurately document assessments and interventions in the EMR
• Communicate changes in patient condition promptly to providers
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team and educate patients and families regarding care and discharge plans

This role requires dependable clinical judgment, clear communication, and comfort working in a fast-paced telemetry environment.
