Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in practicing state
• BLS required
• PCU/Step-Down or Critical Care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
• ACLS preferred

Core Responsibilities

• Monitor patient status and vital signs; recognize and respond to changes
• Safely administer medications and treatments per orders
• Escalate care and initiate interventions as needed
• Provide patient and family education on care plans and management
• Accurately document assessments, treatments, and patient responses
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care
