• Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
• Minimum 18 patients per day
• Clinic setting
• EMR: Epic
• Must have 2 - 3 years APP experience
• Experience with underserved patient populations required
• Familiarity with harm reduction and trauma informed care
• Board certification required
