Seeking to employ a full-time, BC/BE Emergency Medicine Physician to our 25-bed critical access hospital in the heart of the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, where we see 10,000 visits/year, and an average of 28-32 patients per 24 hours.
Position overview
The ideal candidate would have a special interest in providing full-spectrum emergency care in a rural community.
12-hour shifts with both day and night rotations.
Partnership with an employed hospitalist practice for streamlined admissions to both the ICU and Medical Surgical units.
Work partnership with a mid-level provider 7 days/week.
EMR-T-system with Epic transition and go-live in June 2027.
Compensation and benefits
Competitive salary range $122-$209/hr. and additional income opportunity each quarter for achieving quality metric goals.
Full health benefits that include matched retirement savings; CME, medical license and trade association allowance.
Combination sign-on/relocation bonus of $40,000
