**About the Position**
-Join a well-established primary care network within a multi-specialty health system
-Outpatient-only practice providing office-based care
-Work 40 hours per week with 36 clinical hours and 4 administrative hours
-Most physicians work a 4-day clinic schedule with one remote admin day
-See approximately 15–17 patients per day
-Consult call coverage approximately 1:12

**Compensation and Benefits**
-Total compensation potential of $300,000+
-Guaranteed base salary with RVU and quality incentives

**Practice Requirements**
-Board Certified or Board Eligible
-Active New York medical license or ability to obtain
