Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience preferred (Dialysis experience a plus)
- BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Knowledge of hemodialysis equipment and procedures preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment
Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis treatments
- Initiate, monitor, and discontinue dialysis treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patients for complications and respond appropriately
- Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed
- Educate patients and families on dialysis care and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary dialysis care team
