- Provide 4:1 supervision of CRNAs (medically directed).
- Maintain ability to run own room if necessary.
- Provide anesthesia services across 19 ORs, 5 Endo rooms, and 1 Maternity suite.
- Manage patient care during scheduled clinical hours.
- Participate in orientation on the first day of the assignment.
