Assignment Type: Locum Tenens — Outpatient clinic
Coverage: Clinical only
Coverage Period: Begins June 1, 2026 — ongoing (26 weeks)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Patient Population and Volume
- Adults and adolescents
- ~25–35 patients per day
- General dermatology case mix; minor surgical procedures optional
Facility and Systems
- EMR: Epic (recent Epic experience required)
- Standard dermatology clinic equipment
- Support staff ratio: ~1 clinical support (LPN/RN/MA) per 12 patients
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient dermatology evaluations and treatments
- Diagnose and manage common dermatologic conditions
- Perform minor dermatologic procedures (optional based on provider preference)
- Collaborate with clinic staff and maintain accurate documentation in Epic
Requirements
- Active New York medical license in hand
- Minimum 3 years recent dermatology experience
- BLS required
- Board certification preferred
- No significant employment gaps
