Job Description

Primary Care physician opportunity in Connecticut offering strong guaranteed compensation, uncapped bonuses, and a flexible 4-day work week option. Enjoy a 100% outpatient role with minimal call, robust support staff, and access to a leading health system, all in a centrally located New England community with easy access to Hartford and New Haven.

Base salary range of $250K - $275K based on experience.
Loan repayment support: 5 years at $15,000 per year.
Uncapped wRVU bonus potential.
Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance provided.
Full benefits package including health, retirement (401k with strong match), and malpractice.
Generous PTO plus paid company holidays.
Paid CME time off + CME allowance, license and dues reimbursement.
Flexible full-time schedule with option for 4-day work week.
100% outpatient primary care.
Minimal call: phone-only, ~2 weekends/year and 1 weeknight every 2 months.

Practice alongside established, multi-provider care team with strong support staff including dedicated MA.
Access to behavioral health, nurse care managers, and social work support.
EPIC EMR with Dragon, patient portal, self-scheduling, and modern workflow tools.
Efficient operations with engaged leadership and robust staffing model.
Mentorship and orientation programs for onboarding and continued professional growth.
Access to leadership development and CME through internal learning institutes.
Join a collaborative team of 2 Primary Care physicians and 2 experienced APPs, with plans to add an additional physician.
Embedded, on-site multidisciplinary services including LCSW (behavioral health), Physical Therapy, PharmD support, On-site lab and radiology.
Specialty support: Urology, Oncology, Colorectal, GI, and Wound Care.
Located in Bristol, CT, a welcoming suburban community with a strong sense of community.
Central location with easy access to Hartford, New Haven, and weekend trips to Boston and New York City.
High quality of life with excellent schools, low crime, and family-friendly neighborhoods.
