3-Year Guaranteed Salary: $725,000 – $800,000 +Sign on +Relocation
No new grads-with the requirement to have more than 5 years of work experience
No general orthopedics or trauma call required

Hospital-employed orthopedic group seeking a fellowship-trained Upper Extremity Surgeon (Shoulder & Elbow)
Opportunity to build a high-volume, specialty-focused practice
Strong referral network with established patient demand
Dedicated OR resources and experienced surgical support team

Position Details-
Full-time Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Upper Extremity (Shoulder & Elbow)
Procedures include:
Shoulder & elbow reconstruction
Arthroscopy
Rotator cuff repair
Instability procedures
Elbow surgery
Access to hospital ORs and ambulatory surgery center
Upper-extremity–only practice
No general orthopedics or trauma call required
Dedicated weekly OR block time
Support from experienced Orthopedic APPs (clinic + surgical assist)
Advanced technology including modern arthroscopy systems and imaging
Integrated PT/OT services
Collaborative, physician-friendly environment

Requirements-
Board Eligible / Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
Completion of an accredited Shoulder & Elbow or Upper Extremity Fellowship
Minimum 5 years of practice experience preferred
Interest in developing a specialty-focused practice
Active state license required (or ability to obtain)

Compensation & Benefits-
3-Year Guaranteed Salary: $725,000 – $800,000
Productivity bonuses and performance incentives available
Sign-on Bonus: $25,000
