Locum Tenens Female Urologist — Fellowship-Trained, Surgical Pelvic Floor & Urodynamics (Lebanon, PA)

Join a team in Lebanon, PA, providing inpatient and outpatient care in a Female Urology locum tenens role with potential for a long-term contract. This position focuses on adult female patients and combines clinical care with on-call responsibilities.

Schedule and Coverage

• Clinical: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Call: Weekday phone call 4:30 PM–8:00 AM; weekend/holiday 24-hour on-call coverage
• Response requirements: available by phone within 15 minutes and on-site within 60 minutes
• Call type: phone (callback percentage and call ratio TBD)
• Duties include admissions, rounding, and phone consults

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide 95% direct patient care (5% administrative) for female urology patients
• Perform and interpret complex urodynamics using specialized equipment
• Manage urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse surgically; must have training in mesh utilization for these procedures
• Perform female-specific urologic surgeries, including sling placement, periurethral bulking agents, sacrocolpopexy (robotic), Burch (robotic), InterStim, and treatments for pelvic floor pain, sexual dysfunction, and recurrent UTIs

Logistics and Systems

• EMR: CPRS
• Hospital privileges required; temporary privileges available
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance provided

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory
• Board certified by the American Board of Urology (ABU) or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery in Urology
• Fellowship training in Female Urology
• Current BLS/ACLS (AHA), DEA certificate, and NPI
