- 1,200 cases monthly
- General anesthesia, trauma, endo, and OB procedures
- 1:3 call weeknights and weekends
- 700 trauma cases annually
- Majority blunt force and agricultural accidents
- 150 cardiac cases monthly
- No pediatrics or transplant cases
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
