**Assignment Details**
- Start: As soon as credentialed
- Duration: 9–12 months
- Schedule: 24-hour call shifts (7a–7a), 6–8 shifts/month
- Setting: Critical access hospital + clinic
- EMR: Epic

**Clinical Details**
- OB/GYN call coverage through L&D unit and ED
- 20–30 deliveries/month (90% low risk, 10% high risk)
- Less than 50% callback on weekdays, higher on weekends/ER
- Mix of OB and emergent GYN surgical cases
- Sole provider on call, with clinic support available
- Support staff includes L&D RNs, clinic MA/LPN, CRNA anesthesia

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or BE OB/GYN
- WA license or IMLC (LOQ required)
- BLS, ACLS, DEA
- Must be comfortable with low/high risk OB, FHR interpretation, inductions, and emergent GYN procedures
- Availability required at time of submission (shifts/month)

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
