• Outpatient-only practice
• Established team: 1 ENT physician + 2 APPs
• Strong clinical and administrative support
• Modern clinic with Athena EMR
• Monday–Thursday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Dedicated OR day
• Manageable volume: ~15 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary with wRVU productivity bonus (3-year guaranteed base of $365,000)
• $25,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
