Minimum Requirements

• NBCOT certification (Occupational Therapy)
• OTR credential
• BLS (Basic Life Support) — must be obtained within 1 month of hire/transfer
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written) with individuals and groups
• Ability to work independently; strong problem-solving, organizational, time-management skills, and initiative
• Ability to demonstrate and teach treatment routines to professional and non-professional staff
• Ability to perform essential job functions with reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work where exposure to communicable diseases is possible and to use PPE correctly
• Completion of OSHA training as required annually per the Exposure Control Plan

Preferred

• >1 year outpatient experience (new graduates considered)
• AOTA membership

Compensation & Benefits

• Sign-on bonus: $14,000 with a 2-year commitment
