Outpatient Occupational Therapist (Days) — West Branch, MI $14K SignOn, OTR/NBCOT

We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient team in West Branch, MI. This position begins 05/18/2026 and follows a daytime schedule (8:00 AM–5:30 PM, 8-hour days) with some weekend coverage required.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and documentation.
• Instruct and supervise patients, caregivers, and support staff in therapeutic routines and safety practices.
• Practice independently while collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA exposure control procedures and use personal protective equipment as required.

Minimum qualifications:

• Active OTR credential and NB certification in occupational therapy (NBCOT).
• BLS certification within one month of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy (or equivalent).
• Strong verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work in environments with potential exposure to communicable diseases and to complete annual OSHA training.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with reasonable accommodation.
• AOTA membership preferred.
• More than one year of experience preferred; new graduates will be considered.

Compensation and benefits:

• Sign-on bonus: $14,000 with a two-year commitment.
