Locum CRNA PA Hospitals (Tyrone & Huntingdon) — 23 Shifts/Wk, Solo & Team Coverage

Locum tenens CRNA position covering Tyrone and Huntingdon, PA hospitals. Coverage begins April 20, 2026 and continues for approximately six months with an ongoing assignment; schedule is 2–3 clinical shifts per week:

• Tyrone: Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–3:30 PM
• Huntingdon: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

Clinical profile

• Adult caseload with occasional pediatric ENT
• Daily census under 20 patients
• Case mix: orthopedics, general surgery, ophthalmology, ENT, endoscopy, GYN, plastic surgery
• Required procedures: general anesthesia, regional anesthesia (spinals and peripheral nerve blocks preferred), airway management

Facility and support

• Tyrone: 25-bed critical access hospital; typically solo CRNA coverage
• Huntingdon: 71-bed hospital with anesthesiologist backup available
• EMR: Cerner
• Standard anesthesia equipment and perioperative/surgical support teams available
• Reason for coverage: supplemental staffing

Credentials and compliance

• Active Pennsylvania nursing license required
• NBCRNA certification required
• BLS and ACLS current
• Hospital privileges required; temporary privileges available (1–2 weeks with clean file)
• Expedited credentialing possible (1–2 weeks)

Experience and expectations

• Minimum 2 years’ experience or at least 1 year of independent practice
• Must be comfortable working independently in a solo setting when required
• Duties include providing anesthesia across both sites, collaborating with surgical teams, and maintaining accurate Cerner documentation
