Join a mission-driven, nonprofit health system in Findlay, OH as a Urology Physician Assistant providing inpatient and outpatient clinical care. This permanent role offers Monday–Friday daytime hours (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.), 4–5 days per week, with coverage starting ASAP and continuing on an ongoing basis. Typical patient volume is 15–20 per day, and responsibilities include pre- and post-operative assessments, follow-up visits, patient education on procedures, medications, and treatment plans, assisting with procedural preparation, and supporting physicians in clinic workflow. Rounding is required; staff support and a physician partner are onsite. The practice uses Cerner/Oracle Health EMR and has a Da Vinci® system available.

Requirements: active or eligible OH license, NCCPA certification, DEA registration, clean record, recent NPDB self-query report (within 30 days), and experience in urology or gynecology.

Compensation & benefits: competitive salary range $120,000–$140,000 annually, productivity-based bonuses, additional stipend incentives, and eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness through the 501(c)(3) status.
