• Duties/Responsibilities:

- Performing pre-operative and post-operative assessments and follow-up visits

- Assisting with patient education regarding procedures, medications, and treatment plans

- Supporting physicians with clinic workflow and procedural preparation

Requirements:

• Active OH License or willing to obtain

• NCCPA

• DEA

• Clean Record

• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)

• Urology or Gynecology experience
