Team and support:

• Physicians in practice: 8
• Advanced practice providers on staff
• Specialty backup: medical and surgical consultants, internal medicine physicians

Clinical scope / case mix:

• Brain injury and stroke rehabilitation
• Spinal cord injury and amputee rehabilitation
• Cardiopulmonary conditions
• Orthopedic rehabilitation

Equipment available:

• ReWalk, Ekso, RT300, Xcite, BURT

Requirements:

• Active New York medical license
• Board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• DEA registration
• Clean professional record (highly preferred)
• Most recent NPDB self-query report dated within 30 days of application
