Outpatient Occupational Therapist — Lymphedema-Certified (Northside Hospital Forsyth, Cumming GA)

We’re seeking an experienced occupational therapist to join a busy outpatient rehab team at Northside Hospital Forsyth for a 13-week assignment. This role is on-site in Cumming, GA (2000 Howard Farm Dr, #120), and we’re specifically looking for candidates located more than 50 miles away.

Schedule and duration

• 13-week contract
• Typical hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:15 PM (hours may vary based on department needs)

Experience and certifications

• Minimum of 2 years of OT experience required
• AHA BLS required
• Lymphedema certification required

About the department

• Outpatient, multidisciplinary rehab services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology
• Specialty services offered: certified hand therapy (CHT), wound care, lymphedema treatment, vestibular rehab, aquatics, sports rehab, Parkinson’s care, and instrumental swallow studies (MBS & FEES)

Compensation

• Weekly gross pay: $2,366
  • Taxable W-2 pay: $59.15/hour
  • Stipend: $1,246
