• 4.5-day work week with one evening shift
• Monday 8 am - 6 pm, Tuesday 8 am - 7 pm
• Wednesday and Thursday 8 am - 5 pm, Friday 8 am - 1 pm
• 20 patients per day in outpatient setting
• Full-service outpatient office
• Board certification required
