**Locums | Cardiothoracic Surgery | Clinic + Call | Spokane, WA (IMLC accepted)**
**Why This Role**
- Full-time cardiothoracic opportunity with consistent weekday schedule
- Complex cardiac case mix including advanced valve and aortic procedures
- Long-term need with preference for continuity coverage
**Assignment Details**
- Start: ASAP
- Ongoing coverage
- Schedule: Monday–Friday + Weekend Call
- Coverage: Clinic + Call
- Call Type: Beeper (30-minute response)
- Setting: Inpatient
- EMR: Epic
**Clinical Details**
- Advanced cardiac surgery program
- Procedures include CABG (on/off pump), TAVR, valve repair/replacement, aortic root and remodeling procedures
- Experience with Impella support and minimally invasive mitral preferred
- APP and RN support on site
- Teaching environment
**Requirements**
- Board Certified Cardiothoracic Surgery
- WA license or IMLC accepted
- Must be comfortable with complex cardiac procedures and ICU management
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
