- York: Over 18 with the exception of a emergency torsion

• Patient Volume: 40-70 (Gettysburg)

• Support Staff:

- Lewisburg: 2 Physicians, PA

- York: 4 MAs, 1 CSA, 1 RN

- Gettysburg: 3 MAs, 1 LPN, Surgical Scheduler, 3 Front Office Staff, Practice Manager

• Procedures:

- Lewisburg, Chambersburg, Gettysburg: General Urology

- York: Vasectomy, Cystoscopy, Prostate procedures, Ureteroscopy, Penile pilcation, Penile implants, Lithotripsy, Circumcision - OB, Orchiopexy

• No of Beds:

- Lebanon: 150

- Lewisburg: 132

- Chambersburg: 76

- Gettysburg: 73

• No of Exam Rooms (Gettysburg): 9; 3 (procedures rooms)

• No. of OR: 16 (Chambersburg)

• EMR: Epic

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active PA License

• BC/BE

• DEA

• Minimum of 1-5 year experience
