Hours / Pay: 36 hours; $2,182 per 36-hour assignment

Summary:
Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical / Skilled Nursing setting on night shift. Deliver assessments, treatments, documentation, and patient/family education while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and maintaining regulatory and infection-control standards.

Requirements:

• Active RN license for the state as required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Medical-Surgical and/or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS required; ACLS preferred if applicable
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy per orders
• Provide wound care, post-operative care, and assist with activities of daily living
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop and update care plans
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, care plans, and discharge instructions
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
