Rate: Travel $1,876/35 hrs; Local $1,848/35 hrs

Requirements:

• Valid, active Occupational Therapy state license
• CPR and BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross (with AED)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and environmental status to identify functional limitations and set measurable goals
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the interdisciplinary team
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills, independence, and safety
• Recommend, train in, and fit adaptive equipment and assistive devices
• Instruct and supervise activities of daily living (ADL) practice and compensatory strategies
• Educate patients and families on condition management and independence strategies
• Monitor, document, and update patient progress and treatment plans; maintain accurate clinical records, evaluations, and progress notes
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team members to support discharge planning and community/work reintegration
• Maintain professional competence through continuing education and stay current with best practices
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
