- Team of six providers with opportunity for ownership in several aspects of practice.
- Outpatient only with no call responsibilities
- Privately owned system with multiple clinic and urgent care locations
- PSLF qualified employer
- $300,000 guaranteed base salary + sign-on bonus + relocation allowance
- 4-day work week, if preferred
