Requirements:
- Must have 1 year experience in Special Procedures or Cath/EP cases
- ARRT or RCIS, ACLS, BLS & State of TX Medical Radiologic License
- Experience in a critical care setting (ICU, ED, etc) or previous Cath/EP Lab setting- PREFERRED
- Previous travel experience -HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Proof of Taxable Address -Driver’s License, Current Utility Bill, Lease/Rental Agreement, Mortgage Statement/Bill, Homeowner’s or Renter’s Insurance Statement/Bill, Voter Registration, Bank Statement, Auto Insurance, Tax Return
- Texas license (Compact Allowed)
