• % of Practice: 90% OP, 10% IP

• Physician in Practice: 1

• Support Staff: 2 RNs, 2 MAs & 3 Office Staff

• Required Skill: Able to operate on their own; Minimal training will be provided.

• Required Procedures: IP & OP Acute Care Settings, ER, Surgical Care & Suturing.

• Office Equipment:

- Olympus Cystoscopy Machine x 2

- Valleylab Force Electrosurgical cautery machine

- Laborie Portascan 3D bladder scanner

- Laborie Urodynamics machine and uroflow

- Laborie PTNS device x 2, BK medical TRUS machine

• No. of Exam Rooms: 6

• Total No. of Beds: 140

• Beds in the Dept: 3-5

• Trauma Level: III

• EMR: Epic & Synapse (IP & OP)

• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active CA License

• BC

• DEA

• BLS, ACLS

• At least 2 yrs of current hospital/clinical activity in the specialty
