Schedule and Volume
- Days: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (includes 1–2 hours hospital rounding)
- Patient mix: ~90% outpatient, 10% inpatient
- Typical volume: ~15 outpatient visits/day; 2–3 inpatient
- Patient demographics: 95% adults, 2% pediatrics, 3% trauma
- Trauma level: III
- Hospital beds: 140 total; 3–5 beds in department
Team and Support
- Physician in practice: 1
- Support staff: 2 RNs, 2 MAs, 3 office staff
- Number of exam rooms: 6
- EMR: Epic (inpatient & outpatient) and Synapse
Clinical Expectations and Procedures
- Must be able to operate independently; minimal training provided
- Required skills/procedures: acute care in IP/OP settings, ER coverage, surgical care, suturing
- Rounding required; hospital privileges required

Requirements
- Active California license
- Board Certification
- DEA registration
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of recent clinical/hospital practice in urology
